Jean Marcel Sunder Tamby is a retired Government Official, in his home town, Puducherry, South India, whose Government service was in various departments like Office of the Deputy Director of Education (women), a sub-office housed within the Directorate of School Education, and the Directorate of School Education as well, Department of Sainik Welfare, Motilal Nehru Govt. Polytechnic and Irrigation Division, PWD.   His major 20 years of service, in the School Education Department, has always inspired him, to work and contribute, for the betterment and progress of the student community.   He served in various levels in the School Educational department and has handled various subjects.  So, his passion to work for the student community, instigated him to start this Consultancy after his retirement, and fulfil the dreams of students who intend to study in Canada particularly, as an International student
